Who we are
Front Seat Glow is a small online shop based in Illinois, USA, selling passenger-seat comfort accessories. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Front Seat Glow, and "you" means anyone who visits frontseatglow.com or joins our waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address (required).
- Your color preference (pastel pink, ivory or black), only if you pick one. It's optional.
- Which sign-up form you used on the page (for example, the top or bottom of the page), so we know which part of the page works best.
We don't ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details on this site. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send you emails about Front Seat Glow: waitlist updates, your first-access presale link, launch news and occasional product news. We use your color preference to plan how many of each color to make, and may mention your color in those emails.
Our email provider
We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to store our email list and send our emails. When you sign up, your information goes directly to Kit, which handles it on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Kit may record standard email data, such as whether an email was delivered or opened, to help us send emails that work.
Other services this site uses
Like any website, a few services see basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when you load a page:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may keep short-term server logs for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser requests them from Google's servers.
We don't use this information to identify you.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it with other businesses for their marketing. We only share it with the service providers listed above, to run this site and send our emails, or if the law requires it.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it any time and you'll stop getting our emails. You can also email contact@frontseatglow.com to ask us to:
- tell you what information we have about you,
- correct it, or
- delete it completely.
We'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making any of these requests.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and color preference while you're on our list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our list.
Keeping it safe
We only keep the information we need, limit who can access it, and rely on Kit's security measures to protect our list. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
This policy covers our website and waitlist. Before we start taking orders, we'll update it to explain how order and payment information is handled. When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and we'll email you if a change is significant.
